Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery location and are calculated automatically at the checkout.

  • Austria - €5.50 + over €200 FREE DELIVERY
  • EU - €12.50 + over €200 FREE DELIVERY
  • UK - €24.90 with import tax & customs not covered by mohnsoon + over €500 FREE DELIVERY
  • Rest of Europe (+ Switzerland) and North America - €18.90 with import tax & customs not covered by mohnsoon + over 500€ FREE DELIVERY

Some additional information you should consider when ordering yourself a piece of mohnsoon:

  • We ship all orders from our headquarters in Austria.
  • International orders typically have a shipping time of 5-7 business days (excluding holidays, weekends, and any unexpected troubles).
  • Once your order has been shipped, we estimate delivery within 24h in Vienna, 2-3 business days in Austria and 2-5 business days for the EU. Shipping times may vary slightly, but we are working hard to proceed all your orders as quickly as possible.
  • Please note that it is possible that during promotional periods shipping may take longer than expected.
  • Once your order has been dispatched and shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
  • We offer fast and secure shipping, however, we have no control over shipping services and cannot influence their working processes. The logistics provider is responsible for shipped items once they have been dispatched.
  • In the event that a customer is unable to pick up a package, and the goods are returned to us, re-sending is carried out at the expense of the client, including the shipping fee for the second shipment.
  • Please note that shipping costs for all countries are non-refundable.
  • All international orders (shipped outside the EU) are subject to customs duties and taxes.
  • Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at check-out and will be collected by the local tax authorities upon delivery or before delivery.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine these costs.

  • If you refuse to pay the customs fee and the parcel is returned to us, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Taxes and Custom Fees
  • We understand that sometimes life brings us surprises. Thus, if the color, size, or product does not match your expectations, you can return it within 14 days from the date you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • Notify us by sending an email to mohnsoon.store@gmail.com to inform us of the return.
  • All returning packages must have a tracking number and a new label created for the return address. If the returning package doesn't have a tracking number, we cannot be held responsible if it goes missing during the return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving your items. It may take up to 14 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
  • The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refunds do not include the original shipping cost.
  • We cannot proceed with the refund until we receive the returned package.
  • If the package is lost, we can only proceed with the refund after official confirmation from the postal or courier service, which may take 1-4 weeks for international orders.
Returns & Refunds
  • If an item arrives damaged (we are working hard to make sure it does not occur, but you never know), kindly notify us via email at mohnsoon.store@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
  • Attach a picture clearly showing the broken/defective items and describe the issue(s) with your item.
  • We do not provide a warranty against physical or accidental wear or accidental damage.
Return of Broken or Defective Items
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange. Returned items will be automatically refunded.
  • If you need a different item, size, or color, you will need to place a new order and we are sure this time it will be a match!
Exchange
  • We are unable to offer any order changes once the order has been placed.
  • If you need a different item, size, or color, please initiate an order cancellation and place a new order with the desired specifications.
  • Please note that we cannot combine shipments for multiple orders placed by the same customer. Each order will be processed and shipped individually.
